My name is Anne, I am 34 years old.
As a happy mother of Lou and Camille, I never suspected how much becoming a parent could change the way one lives, but above all, thinks.
Let's go back in time to how we got here, to the creation of L'Enfantin!
After graduating from high school in 2008, I continued my studies in the artistic field!
Fashion was an obvious choice; as a child, I sewed clothes for my Barbies with fabrics bought at the Saint-Pierre market!
At the Olivier de Serres school (ENSAAMA) I studied textiles, discovering knitting, screen printing, and weaving. Also, everything that can be done with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign… These two years of BTS were very rich, very creative.
I was missing the technical side; I wanted to understand clothing.
To design it and know how to construct it.
So, I joined the Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne for 3 years.
There, I discovered the wonderful workshop professions, such as assembly, patternmaking, and fashion design. I did a two-year apprenticeship at PAUL&JOE, where I learned a lot.
Between two maternity leaves, I worked as a manual patternmaker in various luxury houses (Lanvin, Mugler, Chloé, Givenchy, Louis Vuitton). These experiences taught me rigor and attention to detail.
And then, that famous idea, which came to me one evening in August 2019, began to take up more and more space. In July 2021, I finished a mission and didn't take on another. I joined Jean-Luc François' incubator in Pantin in September, after meeting him somewhat by chance at the "Made in France" trade fair…
Everything falls into place. Everything happens quickly, and at the same time, everything takes a long time.
Learning embroidery.
Manufacturing in France.
Creating my brand.
Entrepreneurship.
All of this thanks to them, Lou and Camille, because they gave me the idea, but above all, the strength to believe in it a little more each day.
