We do not keep stock in advance. We embroider to order. Please allow one week for the production of your item.

Returns:
Any personalized item cannot be returned or exchanged.
You have 15 days to return an item that does not suit you.
Items must not have been worn, washed, or damaged and must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect resalable condition.
Please note that our sweatshirts are light-colored; be careful to avoid any makeup stains on the neckline.
Returns are free for metropolitan France.
You can generate a prepaid label directly from your customer account.
Remember to include a copy of the return confirmation inside your package!
In case of exchange for a new size, shipping costs will be free.
