Each piece is hand-embroidered in our Parisian workshop, based on your drawings and writings.

🧵 Creation time: 2 to 3 weeks (before shipping)

We always work as quickly as possible, but this time allows us to guarantee faithful, meticulous embroidery and a high-end result.

⏰ Peak periods

During important events (Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day), deadlines may be adjusted and are clearly displayed on the website.

We encourage you to order as early as possible during these busy periods.

🇫🇷 FRANCE

Orders are shipped from our Parisian workshop via Colissimo or Chronopost.

Delivery time: 2 to 4 working days

A tracking number is sent to you as soon as the package is taken in charge.

🌍 EUROPE

Shipments to Europe are handled via Colissimo International.

Delivery time: 4 to 7 working days

International tracking is included.

🇬🇧 UNITED KINGDOM

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped via Colissimo International.

Delivery time: 4 to 7 working days

 

Full tracking is included.

🧾 Customs fees

Since Brexit, deliveries to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties and VAT upon receipt.

These fees are applied by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
